I had "single wrap" roof treatment done by Florida Retrofits, Brevard County. I had 3 quotes done. FL Retrofits was not low bidder but their building survey and measurement process, done by Mr. Cody Thomas, was the most professional and precise. The work crew was competent and obviously experienced, job was done with little interruption and clean-up was thorough. FL Retrofits arranged for inspection as part of the contract. Inspection was successful and the wind mitigation form was provided by E mail the next day. I will call on Florida Retrofits in the future for such work.

We had new Soffits put on our house. The two days and two to three team member crews worked together like clock work. All had their specific job and preformed it well. None of the men used foul language or any cussing at all and were all very polite, Every day the crews cleaned the perimeter of the house from any debris and you wouldn't even know we were having work done. The job makes our house sparkle and look so much nicer. Florida Retro Fits did an excellent job. We highly recommend them.
