If I could give this company a higher score it would be more than 5 stars????. The services that Cody and his team provided were awesome!! They were on schedule, very professional, giving us information and asking if we had any questions. They work around the clock non-stop also while working in the rain ?. They made sure it was to our satisfaction and also going above and beyond. Not to mention they're down to earth. Finding the right contractor is not a easy process this contractor is the best at what he does and will not disappoint! I highly recommend this company!!!!

Charles Thomas and his crew retrofitted my metal roof for a single wrap credit. They were punctual, efficient, and the work was done on time and with expertise. They cleaned up and left my home in excellent condition. They are an A+ outfit.

This is an amazing group of people! In addition to doing a beautiful job on my wraps and new vinyl soffit, they are super nice people. In fact, they went out of the way to tell me what they were doing and explaining the process as they went along. They finished in a day and a half, and they actually did extra in addition to what was contracted. They worked me into their schedule because I was having a cost issue with renewing my insurance even though I have a 3 month old new roof. This wonderful group of men are saving me thousands of dollars on my insurance.

Cody and his company were very helpful and transparent throughout the entire process. He was also very honest. They refunded $400 for work that was not performed but was on the original estimate. I'm very impressed and would gladly hire them again for roofing

I have nothing but great things to say about Florida Retrofits and everyone working for them. I had a new roof and Hardie Board paneling installed in June 2022. Had quite a bit of bad wood replaced. We just had Hurricane Ian roll through and house had no problems. Could not be more please!

Can’t say enough good about them. I was skeptical after the hurricane of anyone. Cody and his teams set my mind at ease and quickly, efficiently, and economically delivered TOP NOTCH services. Owner was on site frequently and immediately responsive with any questions or concerns I had. All my neighbors are envious that my roof and soffit is done and looks wonderful. I highly recommend them!

Florida retrofits replaced our roof after hurricane Ian. They did it promptly, efficiently and a week ahead of schedule. They did exactly what they said they would, cleaned up after, and were in close contact throughout the process.

Upon request, a fair quote for partial soffit/fascia replacement was promptly provided by Joey. After some consultation with the Shawn, the field manager, a quote for whole-home soffit/faschia replacement followed. I had my choice to go with either partial replacement or whole-home replacement! The thought of new materials and workmanship described by these guys gave me the confidence to go for whole-home replacement of soffit/fascia. I am pleased with the work.
